Terms & Conditions for
Full payment for your stay with us is requested to confirm your booking. You will receive confirmation by email along with directions and our guest arrival information.
Please check the details on your confirmation and if anything is not quite right please let us know straightaway.
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, if you let us know upto 14 days prior to arriving we will refund the cost of yur stay in full.
If a cancellation is made upto 7 days prior to arrival, we will refund 50% of the total cost of your stay and cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arriving, are non refundable.
If you need to change the date of your stay with us, provided youu let us know 14 days before you are due to come, your payment can be carried over to the amended booking.
